Our Story
Texas Web Design started with a simple observation: small businesses across Texas were paying way too much for websites that didn't deliver results. Kyle Stephens, a Marine Corps veteran and self-taught developer, founded StephensCode LLC with a mission to change that.
After leaving the military, Kyle poured years into mastering full-stack development — the same technology used by companies like Netflix and Uber. But instead of chasing Silicon Valley contracts, he stayed in Houston and turned that expertise toward the businesses that actually needed it: HVAC companies, auto body shops, local retailers, and service providers who were losing customers because their online presence didn't reflect the quality of their work.
Today, Texas Web Design operates as a lean, efficient team that delivers enterprise-quality websites at small-business prices.
